IntelliOne Technologies

IntelliOne, based in Atlanta Georgia, has developed unique technology to determine traffic conditions on busy city streets and highways by using moving cell phones as active traffic probes. IntelliOne had reached agreement with Rogers Communications headquartered in Toronto to deploy it technology across its cellular network and was in need of expansion capital.

IntelliOne retained Alexander Capital to tap the institutional market for $10mm to fund the roll-out of its system, initially in Ontario and then the rest of the country. With strong support from the Private Equity community, the financing was up-sized to US$14.5 million, securing a bright future for this early stage tech company.
