411 Local Search Corp, owner of the 411.ca brand, was identified as one such company offering advertisers an internet-only search product with growing viewership attracted to its strong brand. Alexander Capital initiated discussions with 411 Local Search Corp. and assisted in negotiating the purchase of the brand along with a significant stake in the business, immediately expanding Yellow Pages' web presence.
