Publicly-listed Bridges Transitions had built a successful business providing high schools in the U.S. and Canada with on-line resources for students planning their post-secondary education and career. XAP Corporation of Southern California emerged as the successful all-cash bidder, giving shareholders a clean exit at a significant premium.
