Alexander Capital was retained by the Special Committee of One Move Technologies (now Econveyance) to advise them with respect to an unsolicited takeover bid made by company insider Plantro Ltd. Econveyance is the market leading electronic real estate conveyance platform in Western Canada. Alexander Capital identified, approached and negotiated with potential competitive bidders, thereby ensuring that the Plantro offer represented maximium value for the shareholders of One Move. This process allowed the Special Committee of One Move ultimately to recommend to shareholders that they accept the offer from Plantro.
